Need to see how your logo works for your promotional item? no problem at all, we have a team of graphic support to create your artwork layout to your chosen products. Using your logo we can place the design within the promotional products available print area along with any text such as contact details and website info. With full design suites inhouse we can help pick your font, and advise on the best Pantone colours to ensure the design is perfectly on-brand. This is a free service that we offer to all of our customers.
Once you are happy with the look, feel, and layout of your design to your promotional product and look to proceed with an order, just let us know and we will start the process of providing a full sales order and official proof for approval before proceeding to print.
Taking your unique quotation number, we create a sales invoice and invoice for your records and send you full written confirmation.
We will need your invoice and delivery address along with any additional information we may need to make sure the goods are delivered to the right hands. We will also issue a paid invoice for your records.
Working with our factory partners, your logo and required layout are sent to the factory. You will receive an official PDF factory proof for your full approval before the items are branded by email.
With our simple project management solution, it's as simple as accepting the design or requesting amendments to the layout and a new official proof will be sent until you are 100% happy.
Once approved your promotional merchandise or branded clothing will go into production. At this stage, we can advise on your expected delivery date.
Once branded and ready to leave the factory we will give you a full digital track and trace so you can ensure you are free to take the delivery.
